Most of us will need someone to speak for us at the end of life. Who is that person for you? Will they know your wishes?
The Five Wishes document is a widely-used tool to choose who, and how, you wish to be cared for. It is a legally valid tool written in everyday language you can fill out without a lawyer. At this workshop we will each complete our 1st, or our 10th, copy.
The cemetery’s Death Doula in Residence will facilitate the activity.
